Wedding Details
Most rooms can be arranged to suit. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table. Hyatt Regency Milwaukee will create a ceremony room in a round or chapel style, if you wish. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
Our on-site audiovisual experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
Parking
Valet parking charges for guests are often covered by the bride and groom. Hyatt Regency Milwaukee offers valet and self-parking for your wedding guests.
Wedding Cake
Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details of your one-of-a-kind creation.
Guestrooms
It is our pleasure to offer the bride and groom overnight accommodations on a complimentary basis for those receptions exceeding $5,000 in food and beverage revenue. Special room rates are available for your overnight guests. Please speak with your wedding specialist for further details or to block rooms.
Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Milwaukee. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5:00p.m. Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.
Pricing and Guarantee
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee Wedding Package are inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A $2,500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the ballroom on a definite basis. Your event is considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received. Your deposit will be applied towards the total due. Payment in full is required prior to your event.
A final number of guests is required three (3) business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
